Heidi Godfrey-Jones is the Head of Partner Services at Virgin Media O2. She is a versatile, motivated, and energetic business leader with 25 years in telecommunications. Heidi has extensive experience in senior roles in Mobile Telecommunications spanning from Delivery to Operations, including leading a team of 100 Engineers supporting the 2nd line core infrastructure within Global Telecoms business.

Heidi spent 15 years in the Telecoms Network Engineer field, starting as an engineer herself, where she designed, installed, and supported Data Networks, primarily Enterprise, so she understands what training in this industry is like and how important it is to individuals on this career path. She is proud to have been the company's first CCNA/CCNP and MCSE engineer, and she continues to advocate for diversity in STEM by mentoring young adults from local schools. She actively participates in the inclusion of diversity within her organisation. Heidi is passionate about helping the next generation progress within Industry.
