Operational Team / Learning and Development Manager

As Learning and Development (L&D) Manager, Lauren leads the strategy and delivery of all internal and external learning initiatives across the organisation. This includes identifying training needs, implementing development programmes, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Lauren works closely with stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning, oversee apprenticeship and leadership development programmes, and evaluate the impact of L&D activities to drive performance and growth.

In addition, Lauren serves as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for all ITP apprentices on our programmes. In this role, she is responsible for promoting learner welfare, ensuring safeguarding policies and procedures are effectively implemented, providing guidance and support on safeguarding matters, and acting as the primary point of contact for any safeguarding concerns.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys going on A LOT of holidays, trying out new restaurants and spending time with her family, friends, and cat!
