Operational Team / Learning and Development Manager

As Learning and Development (L&D) Manager, Lauren leads the strategy and delivery of all internal and external learning initiatives across the organisation. This includes identifying training needs, designing and implementing development programmes, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Lauren works closely with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning, oversee apprenticeship and leadership development programmes, and evaluate the impact of L&D activities to drive performance and growth.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys going on A LOT of holidays, trying out new restaurants and spending time with her family, friends, and cat!
