Apprentices benefit from workshops, webinars, VideoScribes, support booklets, and access to the CMI library, with support from trainers, assessors, and administrators.
The program supports apprentices in all areas of life—emotional, academic, and professional—leading to successful completion of their management apprenticeship. It focuses on developing inclusive leaders who address equality, diversity, and inclusion, bridging the gap between current performance and future senior roles.
