Level 5 Coaching Professional

The Level 5 Coaching Professional apprenticeship is designed for individuals working in a variety of sectors, including health, finance, education, retail, technology, and more. As the demand for professional coaching grows, this role focuses on empowering individuals and teams to enhance their performance through one-to-one and team coaching, leadership development, and embedding coaching skills within organisational culture.

Coaches use deep listening, reflective questioning, and emotional intelligence to support self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth in coachees. They work with individuals and teams to help them navigate change, improve collaboration, and achieve positive outcomes. Coaches also engage with various stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR teams, and external support organisations, to foster a coaching culture and facilitate development across the business.

Key responsibilities include managing coaching relationships, maintaining professional development, supporting organizational change, and helping leaders remove barriers to success. This apprenticeship equips coaches with the skills to drive transformation and improvement within their organisations.
